Due to the expansion of this New Business Centre based at Chelmsford, they are now looking for two people due to a very successful run on either a full time or possible job share basis. The successful candidate/s will be making outbound calls to potential clients who have contacted my clients.
These clients will cover the whole spectrum of the Estate Agency industry to include Residential Sales, Lettings, Financial Services & Customer Care.
This is a sales based role working to targets but does not involve any 'cold calling 'so all candidates should have the experience of working in a sales based role. There could be some Saturday cover required in these roles which would be managed on a rota basis and a day off during the week would be given. This role could be ideal for an Estate Agent needing ton take their foot off the gas slightly
