Registered Care Manager (Supported Living)
I have an exciting opportunity available for a competent registered manager to join a local, specialist provider of supported living and community support for vulnerable adults within the Dudley region.
You will become a key member of an already well respected, charitable organisation who have over thirty years proven experience supporting vulnerable adults.
Employed an a full time basis, you will be responsible for overseeing a supported living service for clients with mental ill health and supported housing services for adults with learning disabilities and older adults.
You will implement and adhere to relevant policies and procedures, ensuring the service is responsive and compliant with CQC guidelines.
You will maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes choice, dignity and respect.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel between the local services.
This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled, competent and person centred manager who can demonstrate a proven background in management of services for vulnerable adults.
You must hold a relevant care management qualification such as the QCF level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent and have previously held a similar managerial position.
This exciting opportunity is offering an appealing salary up to £35000 per annum dependent on relevant skills and experience, as well as a generous annual leave allowance and on going training and development.
