An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join us in Manchester.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a number of different contracts within Public Buildings and will provide support to the Project Manager.

You will be responsible for the operational supervision of contract activities providing a comprehensive service to clients as determined by the contract conditions and effective use of resources, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.

You will also supervise groups of multi trade employees carrying out a variety of specialist work activities on one or more contracts and will understand, implement and effectively communicate legislative, technical and contractual changes to ensure the continuous improvement of service delivery.

In order to be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant trade qualification coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment.

You will hold current Commercial and Domestic ACS qualifications with a minimum requirement of CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CPA1, COCN1, TCPC1A, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1, CCP1.  In addition, you will possess CSCS, SMSTS and will be a first aider.

The Service Delivery Manager must demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of operations and related services and possess significant experience of supervisory principles and practices, sound judgement and leadership skills.

Candidates for this role must hold a full valid UK driving licence
