An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well established Automotive business based in Lichfield.
Working with a Global business, you will be supporting a large employee base and although part of a wider HR team, you will be the go to person on site for HR issues and queries, therefore we require a strong generalist HR Advisor with solid experience in D&G, absence management, long term & short term sickness, recruitment and all other areas as needed.
Ideally you will have current ER experience managing cases in an hourly paid environment. You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all employee levels, coupled with strong leadership and people management skills. You will have excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities as well being a confident decision maker who is able to work independently. You will be able to influence effectively and build constructive working relationships across the business.
Key Criteria for HR Advisor
- Ideally CIPD Qualified
- Previous experience in Automotive or Manufacturing environment
- Strong Generalist skill set
- Managed a case load
- Used to working in a Unionised environment
