We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to join our lovely team in Guildford. Your role will be a mixture of sales, customer service, staff supervision and retail so if you have this background, you would be ideal for our role.
Your key responsibilities will include maximising profit for our business, supporting the team to exceed monthly targets, using your outstanding customer service skills to upsell products and additional services and strong business acumen to liaise with our consumers and businesses.
You will need proven knowledge of working within a retail environment and have previously worked to sales targets and KPIs. You will have a strong customer service background and ideally have worked at supervisory or assistant manager level.
You will be rewarded in kind for your hard work; we offer a salary of £22,180 p and performance based bonuses, free on-site parking, cash incentives and minimum 20 days holidays plus bank holidays.
