Our client provides high quality, professional, property maintenance and construction services. Their highly successful Doors and Windows brand have been awarded a five year contract to fabricate and fit PVC-u doors and windows with an associated window and door responsive repairs contract. The contract is associated with a housing provider based in the Birmingham area.
About the role:
They are looking for experienced individuals who have a proven track record of working in a contract environment within the doors and windows industry.
Ideally you will hold an NVQ level 2 or above in Fenestration Installation (or similar qualification) or proven experience in the industry (essential), along with a CSCS card, although this is not essential. Due to the nature of the role, you are required to hold a UK Driving Licence. Suitable vehicles will be provided.
Appointment rate will be dependant on experience and qualification and subject to satisfactory performance, incremental progression may be available on a two-yearly basis. Currently the top of this grade is £36,399 per annum.
