You will need a recent and relevant qualification or be qualified by experience to support to people with challenging and complex needs. Equally important, is a thorough understanding of relevant drugs and alcohol services, mental health services and welfare rights.  You must also have the ability to forge relationships and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
