Registered Manager (Home Care)

I am working on behalf of a leading provider of high quality domiciliary care services for older people.

You will join an established home care provider who is rated "GOOD" with CQC and has a great reputation for the delivery of high quality care.

You will be responsible for managing an established staff team and ensuring that all care delivered always has the needs of the people you support at the heart of everything you do. You will ensure the service remains compliant and that the already excellent reputation is maintained.

You will continue to grow the private client base and work within pre-agreed KPIs.

You will be a competent, commercially and care focused registered manager who is seeking to utilise their extensive domiciliary care management knowledge within a new setting. Alternatively, you will be a competent care coordinator or deputy manager who is seeking the next step on the career ladder.

To be considered for this exciting registered manager role, you must hold a relevant care management qualification, have proven commercial awareness of the home care industry and have excellent office/computer skills.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for the registered manager job role.
