We are currently looking for a full time receptionist / admin assistant to join our friendly family run firm of book-keepers and accountants based in Harlow. Must have an excellent telephone manner, be willing to learn and capable of following instructions. We offer a variety of office, admin and accounting services to a number of clients so this position will give the successful candidate a good all round knowledge of general office procedures and admin duties. Although training will be given a basic knowledge of word, excel and email would be necessary for this position. Duties to include but not limited to greeting and communicating with clients, dealing with incoming telephone calls, incoming and outgoing post, stationery control and maintaining office supplies
