Our client provides high quality, professional, property maintenance and construction services.  Their highly successful Doors and Windows brand have been awarded a five year contract to fabricate and fit PVC-u doors and windows with an associated window and door responsive repairs contract.  The contract is associated with a housing provider based in the Birmingham area. 
 
About the role:
 
They are looking for experienced individuals who have a proven track record of working in a contract environment within the doors and windows industry.
 
You will be ideally based in the Birmingham area (there may also be an opportunity for someone Kidderminster based). 
 
Ideally you will hold an NVQ level 2 or above in Fenestration Installation or NVQ level 2 in surveying or proven experience in the industry (essential) along with a CSCS card, although this is not essential.  Due to the nature of the role, you are required to hold a UK Driving Licence.  Suitable vehicles will be provided.
 
Appointment rate will be dependant on experience and qualification and subject to satisfactory performance, incremental progression may be available on a two-yearly basis. Currently the top of this grade is £29,079 per annum.
