London (office/field based, with travel throughout the UK and Europe)

The Role:
As the Sales Manager, you’ll maximise sales of our healthcare and janitorial/sanitation service products in the UK and European markets.
In this initially autonomous role, you will develop and grow business by:
- Increasing our healthcare and janitorial/sanitation distributors
- Influencing end users to adopt our products for use across their facilities
- Engaging with distributors and driving ongoing growth through strategic joint business planning
- Educating prospective customers on our range of products
- Expanding the product portfolio and its usage
- Identifying potential gaps and opportunities within the market
- Supporting distributors at trade shows when required
About You:
To be considered, you will need:
- At least five years’ direct sales experience, gained in the healthcare, hospital, janitorial and/or sanitation sectors
- Experience of taking a product to market and launching new products through distributors
- Experience of appointing, managing and supporting distributor relationships
- A strong understanding of modern sales training, such as challenger sales, Creating Value Through In-direct Trade (CVIT) and joint business planning
- An analytical mindset
- A highly entrepreneurial approach
We will also consider applications from Key Account Managers working in the medical devices, consumables and/or pharmaceutical sectors, as well as Disinfectant Nurses/Specialists, preferably with commercial experience.

Candidates with experience as a Healthcare Sales Manager, European Business Development Manager or BDM are also encouraged to apply.
