We are currently seeking a Security Charging Analyst to work within our Treasury & Financial Planning department in Leicester. We would like to hear from you if;

You have a law degree or a strong practical legal background.

You have good proficiency in MS Word and Excel (Pivot tables, lookup formulae, visual design).

You are numerate and highly literate, to the extent that legal documents can be well understood.

You must be proactive in your approach and have the ability to manage the security charging process for PA Housing using properties as loan security, and ensure efficiency of security across the loan debt portfolio. You will also identify an ongoing pipeline of property security tranches to match current and forecast business need.

Other key duties will include engaging with internal departments, banks, solicitors and valuers to bring properties into charge on a timely basis, ensuring that all document requirements are resolved promptly and that security is available for charging in advance of loan drawdown requirements. Also in addition you will highlight to management any properties / schemes with particular issues which may impede efficient charging.
