We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At Depaul UK we are currently looking for a Mental Health and Wellbeing Manager to come and join our team across various locations which include; South Yorkshire, North West, North East, London and South East.

Depaul helps people around the UK who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged, with a special focus on young people. We are a homelessness charity with the largest network of emergency accommodation for young people in the UK, making a difference to the lives of thousands of young people each year. We have multiple opportunities available to join us as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Manager across the UK. We are seeking managers who can lead on developing creative and innovative initiatives that contribute to positive mental health outcomes and personal wellbeing in every aspect of our work. 

Working hours

South Yorkshire, North West - Part time working 22.5 hours per week with a salary pro rata of £29,700 per annum.
North East - Full time working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £29,700 per annum.
London and South East - Full time working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £33,000 per annum.

Our ideal Mental Health and Wellbeing Manager will have the below skills and experience:

- Demonstrable understanding of challenges faced by young people facing homelessness.
- Experience of supporting people facing a broad range of complex mental health and wellbeing issues.
- Knowledge of local and national mental health policy development.
- Degree qualified in relevant field (e.g. psychology, counselling, psychotherapy, mental
health social work for example) or hold relevant experience from other work.
- Commitment to working in a manner which promotes inclusion, diversity and equality ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity and no one, suffers from discrimination.
