HR Advisor - Liverpool
The HR Shared Service department is currently embarking on a journey that will see all HR advice to managers provided via a central model. This exciting change has resulted in a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our growing team.
For the right candidate, this role enables the successful candidate to grow as a HR professional and impact the development of people managers within Trinity Mirror Group. We are seeking a positive and outgoing individual to join our expanding HR function and become part of the wider HR Shared Service success.

Main Responsibilities
- Providing telephone-based timely and accurate advice to all managers seeking support with people related matters
- Ensuring efficient and effective management and recording of all people matters
- Developing people managers via coaching and feedback
- Assessing and appropriately escalating matters to the relevant person/business area
Ideal Candidate
You will possess previous experience of delivering HR support in an advisory capacity and be confident and comfortable advising over the telephone. You will be able to demonstrate experience of offering a wide range of advice/solutions to people managers of all levels, with a clear understanding and passion for employment law. The role will suit a proactive and forward-thinking individual, adaptable to a changing environment and a good team player.
