We are dedicated to ensuring that customers have a seamless journey and it is vital that our customers are able to access information and engage with us in the way that they prefer. Your role in relation to this will be to review and measure our customers’ experiences, which will tell us how best to improve our services and secure efficiencies for customers and whg.

You will liaise and compile project documents for colleagues across the team, as well as collating and analysing data in accordance with performance targets.

The ability to work well in a team balanced with the ability to use your own initiative is important, which is why we are looking for someone with recent experience of working in a busy administrative function.

Experience of working within social housing would be advantageous, what is important is that you are qualified by experience. You will need to have good IT skills as you will be responsible for producing clear and concise reports using software applications that monitor and review customer experience.
