The Role

The Trust is looking for an enthusiastic CleanStart Driver Mentor to join their busy team. Working as part of their CleanStart services team, you will work alongside other operatives and undertake all aspects of clearance and cleaning.

As a Driver Mentor you will also be tasked with leading the local team on site, ensuring their customer standards are delivered, time on site is recorded and that the customers experience of their service is positive. You will be a proactive member of the team, actively learning from customer feedback to improve the service delivery. You will have an excellent attention to detail, to ensure that high standards of customer satisfaction are reached. You will also ensure that all vehicles are road worthy and all operatives are working in line with health and safety.

To be considered for this role you must hold a full, clean driving licence with the ability to drive up to C1E and CPC licence.

Knowledge of COSHH law and experience of using mobile devices, such a tablet, is beneficial.
