Team Leader - Contact Centre/Call Centre

We are looking for Team Leaders with experience in Contact Centre/Call Centre environment to support team of 10-15 people and drive the new company culture and values to exceed sales targets. The salary for this role is £24,000 to £26,500 depending on experience + up to £2,994 annual bonus.

About the role:

Your objective is to lead a team of up 15 contact centre agents to deliver an excellent customer journey, ensuring first contact resolution where possible.

You will be leading, coaching and engaging the team to achieve performance and balance the sales through service ethos with each team member.

You will be responsible for your team, ensuring that they understand the importance of their role and are a brand ambassador.

About You:

You will take pride in your ability to lead, coach and engage teams to achieve their performance metrics and balance the sales and service focus of each team member.

You will easily manage the day to day activities and targets of a team of contact centre agents.

You thrive in delivering feedback, coaching and performance management, whilst identifying areas of support to your team where needed.

You will have knowledge of working in a contact centre environment including call recording, workforce management systems, and FCA/PRA requirements.

You will be passionate about driving performance in target-orientated environments and challenging team members to deliver against business objectives.
