Basic salary: GBP20 - GBP25k - OTE GBP50 - 70k+
Locations: Bishops Stortford, Herts.
Our Client are an award winning Mortgage Broker that have been providing high quality, professional, Mortgage and Financial advice to their customers since 2003. Their Mortgage & Financial Advisers are highly trained and qualified to exacting standards.
Operating out of independent Estate Agency branches the Mortgage Adviser will have a great working relationship with the branch staff who will provide qualified leads and appointments.
The successful candidate will have tremendous drive and determination to be the best, and come with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. If successful, you will be rewarded with either a generous basic salary, commission and bens with high OTE or a commission only package which will provide higher OTE together with the benefits of an employed position.
Candidate Criteria:
Full Cemap or equivalent qualification
Current Competent Adviser Status
Proven banked business of GBP100k + in a 12 month period
Current or recent experience within estate agency or brokerage as a Mortgage Adviser
WOM or Multi tie advisory background/knowledge.
Financial Package:
Employed - Basic Salary + Comm + Bens - OTE GBP50k+
Employed - Comm only + bens - OTE GBP70k +
Can provide car allowance
Can provide guarantee for a short period
