Salary: £19,425 - £21,263 + up to £2,250 bonus per annum

This large cutting edge company based in the heart of Brighton is looking to recruit Complaints Handlers to take inbound calls from our existing customer base for a variety of reasons. You roles and responsibilities will include delivering first class levels of customer service, talking the customer through situations, putting them at ease and reassuring them that their issue is in the right hands.

We are looking for Complaints Handlers dedicated to putting customers at the heart of what they do.
About the role
As a Complaints Handler you will be looking into customer accounts, previous communications, liaising with engineers, trouble shooting and problem solving, with the aim of getting the customers issues resolved as effectively and efficiently as possible for them.
With your great questioning and listening skills you will be able to identify other suitable products for the customer that could improve the customer experience.
So what do you need?
You will ideally come from a highly focused customer service, sales or complaints background; however this is not as essential as passionate customer service skills.
You understand the customer`s perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport with them.
An understanding of working in a regulated environment and preferably in a contact centre environment
A passion to deliver a first-class customer service
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, targeted environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi task
Great team spirit!

Working 37 hours per week, rolling rota basis. Opening hours: Mon to Sun 8am-8pm. Daily shift lengths can vary from day to day depending on department need
