My client, a team of qualified and professional Financial Advisors are looking for a highly professional candidate to support the IFA's based at their Head Office in Maidstone

The role requires previous experience of working within the financial services sector, specifically where you will have supported IFA's before. The role also required strong commercial awareness and good overall product knowledge

Within the role you will provide first class administration support to an IFA in all aspects of running their existing client bank and developing new business.

If you have experience in the Financial Services Sector, are confident in being able to maintain high level professional conduct with Clients and introducers via face to face, telephone, email and written communication, have high level attention to detail and accuracy, commercial awareness and good overall product knowledge, compliance awareness and the ability to work under pressure then I would be really interested in talking to you

Responsibilities

Prioritise and take proactive responsibility for own workload in accordance with the published procedures
Ensure any work coming into Head Office is compliant, complete, scanned and presented in the required format
Act as liaison between IFA, client and Head Office ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
Working closely with the IFA to deliver teams goals, targets and agreed business plan
Routinely and consistently follow company procedures and compliance requirements

Specific

Run an effective diary for the IFA, ensuring all appointments are confirmed by telephone the day before
Issue weekly client progress updates by email
Ensure existing processes are adhered to and business and client records are kept up-to-date
Prepare appropriate client packs for meetings
Take responsibility for client enquiries/queries or administrative questions, answering or fielding queries where relevant
Assist in carrying out client annual reviews, ensuring any opportunities for new business are identified and referred to the IFA
Manage and action referral scheme and other marketing campaigns
Build and maintain good client relationships, delivering excellent and efficient service
Deal with the day to day post as appropriate
Process and prepare the completed client packs, including attitude to risk questionnaires, fee letters and ensure ID is certified before the file goes on to Research or the New Business Processing team
Assist the IFA in identifying and developing lead sources and introducer relationships.
