You will need to have a positive can do approach with the ability to persuade and challenge when faced with conflicting demands and difficult situations. Of course it’s important that you enjoy the hard work and challenge that comes with working in HR, what’s paramount is that you actively work with and contribute to the development of our team.

This role will challenge, stretch and even test you at times and we can guarantee you that no two days will be the same. You will work in partnership with managers and directors within your designated directorate to ensure people practices are aligned to our corporate objectives. 

Experience of working within social housing is not essential but would be advantageous. What is important is that you can evidence recent and relevant experience of working at a similar level. The ability to form effective working relationships is also key.
