Requirements of Role

Demonstrable experience in Affiliate Marketing

Marketing degree or similar

Knowledge of Google Analytics

Understanding of other facets of digital marketing and the digital eco system

Able to present reports, and represent the company at 3rd party meetings

Duties and Responsibilities:

AFFILIATES

-          Key account management for top affiliate accounts;

-          Increase revenue and clicks year on year for affiliate partners;

-          Create quarterly promotional calendars including offer code planning;

-          Negotiate and book paid media exposure/tenancies;

-          Responsible for sourcing and recruiting new affiliate partners;

-          Affiliate reporting and presenting sales data in Company trade meetings;

-          Attend affiliate events and meetings;

-          Develop new affiliate strategy;

-          Oversee validation of publisher commissions from all affiliate networks;

-          Oversee weekly affiliate newsletters;

-          Oversee daily answering & validation of publisher transaction enquiries;

-          Liaising with the Graphics Team for promotional banners and other artworks required for affiliates;

-          Responsible for Voucher Pages via the websites

PARTNERSHIPS

-          Manage display campaigns run through Criteo;

-          Manage ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme;

·         Line management of Online Assistant

·         Miscellaneous ad hoc duties where applicable.

Responsible to:                Digital Marketing Manager

Responsible for:              Online Assistant

Liaison with:                       Digital Marketing Team, Graphic Designers, QC Team, Affiliates, clients and customers, company colleagues, associated companies

Personal Qualities and Specific Skills:
