Administration Officer (ROAD)

Reaching Out Across Durham (ROAD) is an exciting employment programme in County Durham. This Building Better Opportunities Programme is jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund until July 2019. Working in partnership with 12 voluntary and community sector delivery partners who are specialists in employment, financial and digital inclusion and volunteering, ROAD will support 625 long term unemployed people into or towards employment. Working as a member of a dedicated delivery team to support the (ROAD) partnership we are looking for an Administrator to assist with Administration and Finance tasks and support the continuation of the project's marketing, publicity and branding strategy including social media. Administration Officer Salary: Circa GBP17,000 pro rata Hours: Part-time 25 to 30 hours per week Location: Annfield Plain Essential Skills: Experience in a previous role of administration, financial and marketing processes An understanding of producing funding claims Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Excellent computer skills using packages such as- Microsoft Office, Outlook Ability to produce high quality work within set timescales We offer excellent benefits including generous holidays, and the opportunity to develop your career in a professional, friendly and pleasant working environment with free parking and cafe on site.
