A household name, the business has a Head Office function and their largest manufacturing site in Bradford.
Description
As the HR Manager you will partner the Site Manager and be the HR lead for this flagship site. This is a true generalist position as you will be involved with moving the site forward strategically whilst ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and that your team are receiving continued development opportunities.

Profile
The successful HR Manager will:
* have worked in a blue collar environment, ideally food manufacturing or FMCG - ESSENTIAL
* be able to challenge senior stakeholders in a positive manner - ESSENTIAL
* have strong verbal and written communication skills - ESSENTIAL
* enjoy working and developing a small team - ESSENTIAL
* have worked with Unions in a previous position - DESIRABLE
Job Offer
This is a single site, permanent opportunity paying cGBP55,000 (up to possibly GBP60,000) per annum plus a healthy benefits package.
