1st Line Client Services Team Lead

Full time - 37 hours per week

Temporary Position - 6 month contract

Salary of position - GBP25,322 per annum

Location of position - Rotherham College, Town Centre Campus

RNN Group's IT Services Support Team is recruiting for an individual that is experienced in 1st Line Support to be the initial point of contact to a diverse range of customers from students to senior managers that are requiring an excellent 1st class service from the Support Team.

Based in the Wentworth Building at Rotherham College, with expectations to also work from the North Notts College in Worksop; You will need to have strong communication and organisational skills, you will ensure the provision of both a high level of customer service and IT support to staff, learners and external clients, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the RNN Group frontline Helpdesk, the first point of contact for all IT related issues into the IT Client Services Team, ensuring that tickets are logged, managed, monitored and resolved within established and agreed Operational and Service Level Agreements.
