Network Planning Production Team Leader- London

We are now building our Planning team to further support our build and enable us to be bigger and stronger??????.

As the Production Team Lead you will be working alongside the Planning Manager looking to manage work volumes, allocate work across the team and use jeopardy management across multiple work streams in the planning department. As the success candidate you will also need to build strong relationships across the Network Expansion division to enable you to prioritise jobs accordingly and flag any potential risks to the Planning Manager. To utilise resource in the most effective way, you will also need to be comfortable using data and reports to analyse performance and driving productivity off the back of it.

To be successful in this role you will need previous experience of technical network planning and design. As the team is split over multiple locations you will also need some experience of managing a team in a lead capacity and/or coordinating resource across teams. Knowledge and experience of Civils & Planning operations is mandatory plus a sound understanding of associated street works and communications industry legislation such as NRSWA.
