We are looking for someone who will go that extra mile

My wife and I run an online English teaching centre in Shaoyang, China. We are a small and very friendly company and we pride ourselves in developing not just the English language but also the student's confidence in speaking English (They may have very good answers - but no confidence to speak them).

To be honest, we started this company as a hobby 3 years ago due to pressure to teach from people near where we live and it has grown from there. It is now at a stage where we have a 3 week waiting list for new students that want to learn English - and more joining every day.

We are therefore looking for people who can teach English to Chinese students (your understanding of Chinglish is not required) but you *must have* a good level of English with EFL experience, a GSOH and the ability to develop confidence in the student - not just teach them.

We have students from all over China and all ages from 4 - 60 years old so teaching will be by Skype or other online communication software.
