Complete One is looking for a new team of people with experience in bar, hospitality & waiting who can transfer their customer service and people skills into our business.

We specialise in customer acquisition through pop-up events and in-store promotions at event venues throughout the North East. We have very high customer service standards and we are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Our high customer service standards are the reason we are looking for people with a catering/hospitality background.

We will build on your previous customer service skills and provide you with all the necessary knowledge and skills to make you a key player in our events sales teams.

Customer Assistant Duties

• Travelling to different venues throughout the North East
• Setting up pop-up events
• Interacting with customers
• Generating excitement about our client's products
• Completing customer acquisitions

Requirements

• Have a positive, "can do" attitude
• Be willing to learn new skills
• Have the ability to work well with all kinds of people
• Be fun and outgoing (this is not a typical 'job')

Due to legal reasons, applicants must be 18 or over. Applicants must be able to commute to our office in Newcastle City Centre daily. A driving licence is not required! Applicants successful at the initial interview will be invited to attend an observation day, as this is a part of the recruitment process applicants will not be compensated and expenses will not be covered. Our contractors are self-employed and paid on commission only for their completed sales, there is unlimited earning potential as all earnings are uncapped! As the openings are immediate start applicants not currently living locally to Newcastle will not be considered.
