HR Coordinator to work for a great company in Southampton on either a full or part time basis 3 months.

Your new role
HR Coordinator to join a busy HR services team providing a full HR helpdesk, HR coordination and HR Administration service.
You will be responsible for providing a responsive, customer centric first line support of HR advice to the business covering all general HR queries, policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for performing a broad range of administrative tasks, ensuring that pay related deadlines are met, producing data and reports as requested and ensuring that is captured accurately within our systems.
About You
You will need to have experience of HR Administration / HR Coordinator roles within organisations providing broad services HR services to employees and managers.
* CIPD qualified or willing to work towards this
* Customer focus with experience of providing high levels of customer service
* Experience of taking ownership of queries and resolving these successfully, first time, every time
* Able to suggest process improvements/ways of working which will eliminate waste and streamline processes
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to deliver to strict deadlines
* Ideally experience of producing data/reports and extracting this to Excel using V-look-up, Pivot tables etc in addition to using/exploring a variety of HR systems
* Effective team player
This is temporary assignment for 3 months and will consider full or part time please specify
