About the company
They provide leading names in retail and hospitality sector with award winning IT services and software solutions. Having won SDI's Best Managed Service Desk 2016, the BCS Services Company of the Year 2017, and received multi-million pound funding to double the size of the business in three years, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to help deliver the next stage of their success story.

What will they ask you to do?
You will be managing a number of IT based projects for new and existing retail clients. You will be analysing requirements and offering detailed solutions to our clients. You will be encompassing the entire project life cycle, from conception to implementation, delivery and handover to dedicated support teams, with full responsibility for the delivery of the project to agreed timescales and budget.

Good communication skills are a must for their Project Managers, as well as having the ability to plan, co-ordinate, problem solve and progress chase. This is a client facing role requiring coordination with all levels within our clients' organisation, through to Board level Directors.

Where will I be working?
Your primary base will be at their Head Office in Nottingham, however you will be out and about working with a variety of clients at their own sites.

- Have experience of working in the Retail (IT) Sector.
- Prince 2 qualified or experience working with structured project methodologies.
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent.
- Resource management experience.
- Experience of managing multiple projects.
- Good general awareness of all aspects of IT, including applications and infrastructure.
- Experience of retail store systems, merchandising, planning and warehousing.
- Good presentation skills.
- A natural curiosity, with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
