We are looking for an additional IFA administrator to join our small team to support our Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.

The successful IFA Administrator must have provided similar support within a Financial Planning company.

This is a full time role within a friendly environment. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and understand the importance of attention to detail.  Duties will include but will not be limited to; 

  • Checking/ Submitting/Processing and monitoring new business applications for Investments, Pensions, Mortgages
  • Preparation of client valuations 
  • Quotations 
  • Checking Suitability Reports 
  • Issuing Letters of Authority 
  • Preparing and Maintaining Client Files both using our back office system and paper based files

Salary will be commensurate upon relevant experience and qualifications.
