Customer Service Advisor (Banking and Personal Loans)
Brook Street is recruiting for a number of Customer Service Agents to join a personal loans department for one of the UKs leading banking groups.
As part of the Central Team you will provide a range of customer support services to the personal loands department. With your great phone manner and communication skills, you will provide guidance and support on all personal loans. The role of a Customer Service Agent is to work within the telephony department, dealing with inbound customer service. The purpose of the role is to both sell personal loans to existing customers and provide effective resolution to customer queries about their active loans in an effective, efficient and courteous manner.

Successful candidates will have a proven background in a customer service environment and a real enthusiasm for problem solving. Being self motivated and having an outgoing personality will make you a perfect fit in this friendly team. If you have experience in Financial Services that would be even better!
You will start on an initial temporary contract of 12 months, however our client is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and committed individuals to take on long term responsibility.
Payrate £9 per hour
37 hours a week
Rational shift patterns (8am-10pm)
