Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Base office is Bredbury, Stockport
UK travel to client sites and meetings.
Job Type: Permanent
Trial Period: 3 Months
Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week
Flexible working hours will be considered
Remuneration:
£40k - Salary level dependent on experience

Specific Duties
- Project planning and engineering.
- Control over site operations.
- Contract specific material procurement.
- Design control.
- New product development.
- Weekly, monthly and annual labour planning and programming.
- Monthly payroll preparation
- The sourcing and development of new clients and sales opportunities.
- The production of quotations or estimates.
- The preparation of annual targets and budgets (with SW).
- The selection and auditing of suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Post-contract analysis and reporting.
- Method statements, risk assessments, health & safety files and COSHH.
- Site surveys and reporting.
- Authorisation of Staff Holidays.
Minimum Credentials
- Engineering or Construction experience.
- Must hold full driving licence.
- No criminal record.
- Flexible work ethic is essential.
- Computer literate (Microsoft office).
- Good communication skills.
Advantageous Credentials
- Previous experience related to the above described job duties.
- Previous experience working on commercial swimming pool installations.
- CSCS Card certification.
- 5-day SMSTS certification.
- Microsoft Project software (or similar) experience.
- Autocad experience.
- Pool plant operator trained.
You will be communicating with our clients, both remotely and attending design meetings, representing the company. Candidates must therefore have good communication skills and a professional image.

1hr second interviews; in depth review of skills and experience. Meet members of existing project team for discussion.
