Job Description
The successful candidate must have a good knowledge of general plumbing maintenance who can work on commercial systems, is confident working on large pipework and be able to problem solve and rectify challenging plumbing issues.

A van, phone and uniform is provided.

Location
Bedford region and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities
You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial offices, shops and leisure outlets. The role will consist of managing other reactive building services work.

Necessary Skills

Essential:
- Previous experience working as a Building services Engineer
- Perform routine maintenance within commercial buildings, carrying out weekly and monthly legcom requirements
- Adhere to current rules and regulations
- A proven track
- Desirable working with AHU's- FCU's- VRV's- VRF's
- Excellent communication skills both written, verbal and electronic
- Good customer service skills
- Desirable 17th Edition
- NVQ level 2 or City and Guilds qualification or similar qualification would be preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence

Full time on 6 month probation
