An opportunity has arisen at a busy Shenfield based Estate & Letting Agency for an energetic individual looking for flexible working hours - roughly 40-50 hours per month (£600.00 - £750.00 per month - possibly whilst children are at school) and a rewarding, but sometimes challenging role.
Working with the Property Management team the candidate should be self motivated and a good organiser, able to diarise own appointments and have good telephone and face-to-face manner. The role involves arranging and carrying out interim property inspections for the company's portfolio of managed rental apartments and houses in and around the Brentwood and surrounding locations. Meeting with tenants or using spare keys the applicant would need to able to drive between appointments and, using an existing template, report back to the office.
This role would ideally suit someone looking to work independently, but in conjunction with our management team. Invoicing each month for the work carried out the successful applicant will require access to to their own computer with office based products pre-installed.
