This is an opportunity to join a small firm of Chartered Accountants in Tunbridge Wells in a key role.
The responsibilities of the job include:
- Managing services and contracts for the firm
- Internal bookkeeping on Sage 50 and banking
- Payroll using BrightPay
- Ppdating our practice management software CCH
- Opening the post and scanning
- Typing some correspondence
- Reception, and
- Assistance with managing work-in -progress.
It is not required that the applicant has experience of all these areas as training can be given.
They need an experienced person who can deal with a variety of tasks, who
- Can communicate well with clients and other staff members
- Is well-organised and numerate.
- Has bookkeeping experience.
