This fast growing interior company is looking for a delightful and motivated individual to join the team on a permanent basis. They are a young and dynamic company; they offer the right candidate a positive and friendly work environment with plenty of scope to grow.

As a Project Administrator, you will work closely with the project managers and installers to ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will be proactive and be able to cope with multiple projects simultaneously to agreed deadlines. You will provide high quality service and your communication skills must be excellent.

Your role will involve the following:
- Full administration of multiple projects including processing of orders
‐ Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of project payments
- Provide timely project logistical support including booking the installer and arranging delivery of orders
- Preparing installers with project briefs and sign off completion forms
- Responding and managing incoming Customer enquiries and requirements
‐ Managing sampling stock and requests ensuring the customer receive their samples in a timely
manner

Essential Attributes:
‐ Excellent command of English with exceptional email and telephone manner
‐ Outstanding organisation and administration with previous experience
‐ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
‐ Good PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Emails
‐ Demonstrate integrity, professionalism and customer service driven
‐ Ability to multi‐task and work well under pressure
‐ Bright and bubbly with a positive and flexible attitude
‐ A good team player

Experience in selling building materials would be beneficial but not essential. Training will be given as long as the candidate is keen to learn about interior products. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid NI Number, UK bank account and UK driving license.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5

Remuneration:
‐ Basic salary from £22,000 depending on experience
‐ 20 holidays plus bank holidays and extended Christmas holidays
‐ Pension
‐ Childcare vouchers

Location: West London

3 month probation period
