Bedford Pumps Ltd, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of large centrifugal pumps for
water and wastewater applications, are seeking an Assembly Fitter to join their busy workshop in
Kempston, Bedford.
The successful candidate will ha ve served a mechanical apprenticeship on rotating equipment and be experienced in working to close tolerances, including the fitting of motors, shafts, mechanical seals and bearings.
Training in the use of overhead travelling cranes and slinging would be a distinct advantage.
