Senior Commercial Valuation Surveyor

A well established and highly regarded firm of Surveyors are currently looking for a Chartered Surveyor to join their Kent based firm. The business provide a full range of professional services specialising in both commercial and residential property.

The successful applicant will lead the company's busy Commercial Valuation business. Supported by two additional surveyors the team undertake valuations for a range of purposes. The company are on the panel for most of the major lenders within the region and cover a variety of sectors within commercial property including retail, industrial and licences premises.

The successful applicant will be an MRICS Chartered Surveyor with at least five years post qualification experience. A strong grounding in commercial valuations is essential for this position.
