An exciting opportunity to Project Manage client side for an expanding International retailer.
Covering their vast commercial estate you will be responsible for Project Managing a wide variety of projects.

Our Client is a leading International Retailer with a vast high street and out of town commercial estate spanning the length and breadth of the country.
Description
In this role the successful Project manager will be responsible for managing and delivering fast paced store redevelopment projects of varying sizes within a regional patch spanning the length of the M4 corridor. Reporting to two well established and highly experienced Senior Project Managers your projects will consist of refurbishments, roll out and new store works.
Profile
The Successful Project Manager will:
Will have proven track record of delivering Project works on time and within budget.
Will be a qualified in one of the following fields: Project Management, Surveying, Construction or Architecture
Although not compulsory you will ideally have retail client side experience.
Hold a full and valid UK driving license.
Job Offer
The successful candidate will receive a salary of GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 depending on experience. On top of this there will be a very competitive package and bonus scheme including a company car.
