A globally established manufacturing business with a fantastic reputation in the market are seeking an interim HR Advisor for a period of 6 months to oversee operational issues at plant level.
Reporting to a HR Manager and Plant Manager you will ensure the provision of HR is consistent and of the highest level.
With the business having recently implemented some very proactive initiatives you will ensure that these are maintained whilst continually identifying opportunities for improvement.
In order to be considered for this role you will have:
Worked within a fast paced manufacturing environment;
Worked with, and interacted with, Trade Unions;
The ability to work with staff that need to be educated about the value of HR and the positive impact it can have;
The experience of having managed upwards.
