Geography Teacher - Birmingham - March 2018
If you are looking for a new job as a Geography Teacher please contact Academics Ltd as soon as possible for roles in Solihull starting in March 2018.
We have two schools looking for full time Geography Teachers to join them from the start of the new academic year. Both based in Birmingham one is close to the City Centre and the other is within 5 miles but both offer on site parking.
Confident Geography Teachers who can teach to at least Key Stage 4 will be offered a Key Stage 5 class if desired but it is not essential for both roles. A secondary subject in humanities is advantageous with History being a preferred subject if taught at Key Stage 3 or 4.
One of the schools have recently appointed a temporary Head of Department and so are looking for teachers with a wealth of experience who may be interested in taking on more responsibility in the near future.
A genuine interest in your subject and a passion for teaching is required for both schools and one in particular encourages field trips and learning in and out of the classroom.
