My client require a Customer Services Manager to be responsible for a customer service centre based at Head Office in Godalming. You will be responsible for assisting with the continued growth and development of their existing team including implementing procedures and systems, motivating staff, monitoring staff performance and training new staff.
I am looking for an individual with Customer services managerial experience, a passion for customer service, Ability to empathise with customers, Good organisational and communication skills, Ability to make decisions under pressure Excellent computer skills with Excellent telephone manner.
The Ideal candidate should be flexible to work on Saturdays as the call centre is open to 21:00 o'clock Monday to Friday, so some shifts will be 12:30 to 21:00 o'clock, but not all as you will have the support of a Team Leader.
Your daily tasks will be to Organise and manage our customer service team, Liaise with other departments and offices to resolve problems when required and Run and manage various projects.
Salary is between £35k - £45k depending on experience.
