Salary - £25,951 - £32,486

36.5 HOURS PER WEEK – FULL TIME

Swanshurst is an ‘Outstanding School’ for girls with 1760 students on roll aged 11-19 years. We offer excellent support and CPD for staff at all stages of their career.

We are looking to recruit a full-time Site Manager who will provide highly effective management of the School’s premises and site, ensuring a safe, clean and secure environment for all. The role will include the direct management of caretaking and cleaning staff, general repairs and maintenance, key holding responsibilities, management and supervision of contractors on site, the programming and planning of larger capital projects and responsibility for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

For this significant and challenging post, we are looking for a Site Manager with strong management, project and leadership skills, who is able to work to tight deadlines, be enthusiastic, committed, reliable and highly motivated and has excellent communication skills.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
