Are you looking to make a first move into HR & Recruitment? I have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator with an award winning and industry leading organisation in Mid-Sussex on an Fixed Term Contract basis.

Ideally you will have a discipline related degree with a passion for HR, Recruitment and everything it contains.
Responsibilities will include:
*Apprentice and intern recruitment lifecycles
*Assessment centre design, organisation and management
*Sourcing candidates
*All recruitment administration and coordination, including arranging interviews, supporting with contractor recruitment, psychometric assessments
*Talent pipelining
