Head of Quantity Surveying

Long established professional practice of chartered surveyors, construction and property consultants are on the search for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to head up their London operation.

Our client is a PQS practice who undertake a core service of project management, quantity surveying and building surveying to their wide client base within the residential, leisure, industrial, commercial, retail, education, Healthcare and affordable housing sectors. Due to rapid expansion our client is looking to add an experienced MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their established team of 6 plus surveyors in London whilst also falling back on the support of their larger Surrey office.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with experience of developing and identifying business using excellent client facing skills as well as managing a small team of quantity surveyors and project managers as well as the day to day running of the office, experience of working on residential projects would be preferred but is not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to take over the running of an established office while having the autonomy to grow the office how you see fit.
