To join a small team, maintaining a privately owned / grade I listed country house. Must have experience in all aspects of property maintenance and have own transport as the location is remote.
Working in a small maintenance team reporting to the Property Manager. Responsibilities: Minor Electrical experience (desirable). Minor Plumbing experience (desirable). General Carpentry experience. General painting and decorating. Be able to turn hands to all jobs big or small. Work on own initiative without supervision.
Must be over 25 with clean driving licence as there is a need to drive the company vehicles. Fit and Healthy ???? with no on-going health issues that might impact the role. Manual lifting will be frequently required. Must be willing to travel to other offices and offices in Central London from time to time. Hours: 8:00am - 16:00pm Salary: Dependent on experience. Benefits: 10% non contributory pension, private healthcare, generous holiday allowance
