Basic to GBP65k + Car or Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits (OTE GBP100k)
Our client is one of the UK's largest and best known Wealth Management businesses with a reputation for a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
It is seeking an experienced financial services professional to ensure the successful on-boarding of new Advisers and aid their transition into the business. This is an exciting opportunity to coach, mentor and support less experienced Wealth Advisers to help them develop their business acquisition and client-facing skills in a compliant manner.
The role encompasses a mix of sales coaching, business consultancy and development to ensure that Advisers provide high quality advice on an on-going basis.
