Up to £25000 per annum + Pension

The ability to translate business processes into simple technology pathways and to support and maintain IT Services for our parent Company.
Skills & experience
* You'll have an eye for detail and the ability to consider things from a system level
* You'll have a methodical approach to your work and an understanding of business processes and prioritisation
* You'll be happy and confident supporting system users
* You'll be able to explain specification and system decisions to both users and stakeholders
* Qualifications; Prince2 foundation, ITIL or any other MS or CompTIA certification.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand business needs/goals, and communicate these to the Lumesse Implementation Consultant to appropriately adapt TalentLink
* Facilitate and deliver end-user training
* Write high quality specifications that accurately reflect Avencia business requirements
* Review the TalentLink release notes for new functions to implement, verify and test for the benefit of Avencia and its clients
* Attend webinars and solution days that explain new functionality and how to configure it
* Be responsible for the setup of reports on TalentLink for Avencia
* Communicate TalentLink issues, updates and change requests internally and externally
* IT Services responsibilities; resolving technical queries (PC/laptop and telephony) from the user base; support of server infrastructure
* Preffered technical disciplines; Windows OS (Windows 10, Server 2012 & 2016), Apple iOS, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office suite and Office 365
