We have an opportunity at Dolby Medical Ltd for a Telesales Account Manager to come and join our fantastic team based in Stirling on a full time, permanent basis.
Dolby Medical Ltd is a Scottish based provider of leading edge infection control equipment and services to healthcare organisations throughout Scotland. Having been acquired by the Dental Directory in March 2016 we are now working closely with the Dental Directory, DBG and TAG Medical in terms of sales of engineering services to our existing Scottish customer base and throughout the rest of the UK with a forever widening product range. We are looking for a candidate to join our small, focussed sales team to grow our service revenue.

Key Responsibilities of our Telesales Account Manager:
- Develop new business with existing and new customers – generating opportunities through outbound calls
- Identify and make contact with the decision maker
- Work towards and achieve individual and company sales targets
- Plan and organise outbound call schedules
- Understand and develop product knowledge
- Maximise each sales opportunity and increase customer order value
- Responsible for the management, development and sales performance of targeted account base
What we’re looking for in our Telesales Account Manager
- Previous experience in an outbound telesales role (min 1 year)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to build robust relationships with customer base
- Ability to deliver sales through a consultative sales approach
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience of working with a CRM system preferable, but not essential
- Proven self-starter with ability to structure own day, work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional business development skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish relationships from warm and cold leads
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
